We are writing to give you a brief status report and to request some updated information from you.

You have undoubtedly been reading reports about the "pari passu" issue. We have been successful with our test case.  It only remains to see whether Argentina will persuade the U.S. Supreme Court to accept review, which is unlikely.  If the Supreme Court denies review, events may move quickly, and we hope this may finally help push toward a good resolution to all our claims. 

In the hope that we may have settlement negotiations with Argentina in the near future, we are now asking you to please reply to this email (or contact us in any other way) to confirm or update the information we have about you.  We may need to contact you quickly, so we would appreciate your prompt reply.

3. Please attach/send a current bank statement.

4. Are the bonds still in the same account(s)?

5. Any changes in holding information (family changes, deaths, etc.)?
